OVERVIEW

The Contracting with the Federal Government Certificate Program is offered through a unique partnership between George Mason University and Deltek, Inc. - a leading provider of software, solutions, and training to government contractors.

Content is focused on current trends, including the current regulatory environment, as well as proposed changes to the FAR and CAS. These highly participatory courses all qualify for CEUs and CPEs, and may lead to a George Mason University certificate award and include extensive course material, examples, and resource material. No advance preparation or prerequisites are required. However, those with little contracting experience are encouraged to attend Government Contracting Fundamentals first.

This unique learning opportunity is designed with many options. Courses are scheduled throughout the year and can be taken alone or completed as a series to earn a George Mason University Certificate of Completion. In addition, through contractual arrangements, the program can be scheduled at your site, at your convenience. WHO SHOULD ATTEND

Experienced professionals who are new or nearly new to government contracting or professionals in need of a refresher.

No advance preparation or prerequisites are required. However, those with little contracting experience are encouraged to attend Government Contracting Fundamentals first.

CERTIFICATE COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS

To receive a Certificate of Completion, participants must complete all (five) two-day courses.
