George Mason University's Office of Continuing Professional Education is now offering a one-day intensive exam review course for the SPHR® exam. This course is ideal for you if you are a PHR®, have already taken or are currently in our Human Resource Management Certificate, or have used the SHRM Learning System® self study program and would like additional review to master the SPHR® portion. This intensive review course is built upon your foundation of studying all six modules of the SHRM Learning System and completing the related web-based tests. This course will provide you with a supplemental review for SPHR® related content. However, this course alone is not intended to solely prepare you for the SPHR® exam.
To better serve our students, George Mason University requires all HR Certificate instructors to be SPHR® certified and they must retake the SPHR® exam every three years.
This course is also available on a contract basis and can be tailored to suit your
organization's needs. Please contact us to discuss your onsite opportunity.
The SPHR® certification exam is administered by the HR Certification Institute. Please note that university course fees are separate from HR Certification Institute examination fees. Contact the HR Certification Institute for eligibility requirements, certification exam information, exam registration and exam fees. All certification testing is computer-based and conducted at the 250 Prometric Test Centers around the country. For more information, please visit www.hrci.org.
While no single course of study guarantees success on the HR Certification Institute examinations, thousands of individuals have used the SHRM Learning System® to effectively prepare for the exams.
