COURSE DESCRIPTION

Wouldn't it be nice if everyone were just like you? It would make communication so much easier. No more would you walk away from a boss or co-worker, shaking your head and mumbling. Where is that guy coming from? He just does not get it! Well, the reality is that people are diverse in their ways of thinking as well as their communication styles, and the key to successful workplace relationships begins with you.

This half-day seminar is designed to help you better understand yourself as a communicator in the workplace how you think, how you perceive others, and how you convey your ideas.
