COURSE DESCRIPTION

"Who Moved My Cheese" is a half day or full day workshop on dealing with change, based on the best selling book by Spencer Johnson, M.D. Whether we're at home or at work, we all face varying degrees of change in our life. The book, Who Moved My Cheese, presents us with a story of four characters (Sniff, Scurry, Hem and Haw) who live in a "maze" and are in a constant search for "cheese." Cheese is a metaphor for what you want in life (e.g., a good job, loving relationship, money, health, etc.). Along their journey, these characters are faced with unexpected change. How they each deal with change and the stress that often accompanies it is the focus of the book. In the workshop, we'll discover the lessons learned by the characters, apply these lessons to our experiences, and discuss strategies that we can use to navigate the change process.
