COURSE DESCRIPTION

Is your Total Quality Management or Self-Managing Work Team program delivering bottom-line results? Team facilitation is the key to success. This elective is strongly recommended as a bridge from the technical, statistical analysis to the human element, by achieving results with quality and process improvement teams.
Participants in this two-day elective course will learn how to:

  • Work with team leaders to make sure company goals are realized
  • Utilize key tools and techniques to accelerate team progress
  • Run effective meetings
  • Use group problem-solving tools (fishbone diagram, process map, histogram) to improve processes

This program is designed to be delivered at your work site through contractual arrangements.
