COURSE DESCRIPTION
Are you a project manager that has already taken the PMP® Preparation course but has yet to sit for the exam? This one-day session will awaken your knowledge of the material you must master to pass the PMP® exam. Participants will review the nine knowledge areas, in addition to communication, quality, and management topics relevant to the exam. There will be discussion, exercises and practice exams to reinforce the material. You will leave this session with a greater level of mastery as you prepare to take the PMP® exam.

TOPIC HIGHLIGHTS
This one day course is an intensive hands-on tutorial that prepares participants to sit for the PMP® certification examination. The instruction approach includes lecture, case studies and class exercises. Prior to taking this course, participants are encouraged to either take the course Essentials of Project Management or acquire equivalent knowledge and have already taken a Project Management exam preparation course. This course covers the nine knowledge areas identified in the PMBOK®:

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Participants in this course should be managers and mid-career professionals who are eligible to sit for the PMP® certification examination. It is assumed that participants have a working knowledge of the PMBOK® Guide and the nine knowledge areas, and have taken a PMP® exam preparation course prior to this course.
INSTRUCTORS
Courses are taught in an academic setting by PMP® certified instructors. Instructors have over 20 years of project management and operations management experience individually. The market sector experience of our instructors includes: information technology, defense, education, banking and finance, energy, and environment. Instructors have held senior positions as officers of corporations and in the federal sector. In addition, the instructors have extensively developed and implemented training programs using various learning media.
