Needs Assessment

OCPE professionals will team with your organization to evaluate your training needs and identify programs to best meet those needs. Our office is experienced in analyzing the education and training needs of organizations, organizations just like yours.

A training needs assessment will provide information on where training is lacking, what the content of the training should be, and who within the organization requires training. Our model provides an ongoing opportunity for evaluation and feedback. OCPE works with your organization through all the stages of analyzing your corporate training needs.

We can consult with you to answer critical questions such as:

Where are you now? Where do you want to be? What education or training do you need to get there?
Is training the answer? Or does something else need to be addressed?
What knowledge or skills are lacking?
Who needs this new knowledge and skills?
What are the expected outcomes of the learning?
What time, timing, financial and human resources need to be considered?
How will you know if the learning has made a difference?
